The theme color scheme needs a little work imo.

Looks alright, it could do well. I would say add a bit of colour. Make the text white insted of black and make the logo lighter.

Writing the forum or tab names in l33t h4x0r style won't lead you anywhere neither it makes any good impression. Keep them simple.
