How to view .attach files ?

Please tell me how can I view the .attach files in the uploads folder. Some attachments in the forum are not downloading. I want to see the .attach files content to fix it. All my uploaded files are in pdf format.

Please tell me a solution to see the files

This user has been denied support.

They're just regular files. Just rename to .pdf or whatever. The original names are stored in the database.
