It's under user registration in the configuration tab of admin panel.

I saw that. I set it to email verification, but the people who are registering keep saying they did not receive the email.

Did the test and it worked fine. Contacting host to see if there is limitation, but if anyone has any other idea, feel free to post.

AdminCP > Configurations > Mail Settings > and try switching "Mail handler" to "SMTP mail". For its settings, try either of these. Hopefully one of them works for you.

Mail Handler: SMTP Mail
SMTP Hostname: mail.4arabi.co.cc
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP Username: admin+4arabi.co.cc
SMTP Password: <YOUR PASSWORD>
SMTP Encryption Mode: None

Mail Handler: SMTP Mail
SMTP Hostname: mail.4arabi.co.cc
SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: admin+4arabi.co.cc
SMTP Password: <YOUR PASSWORD>
SMTP Encryption Mode: SSL

Mail Handler: SMTP Mail

What is the difference between PHP and SMTP mail? Is there anyway to send a test verification email?
