[How To?] Commands for Chatbox

Hello, i am currently using the ChangUonDyU Chatbox and I want to know how to give certain usergroups the ability to /ban and /unban certain users on the chatbox, I know you can do it because my friends have and I don't know how. I asked and they wont answer, someone please help?

It should be like this:

/ban <userid> <reason> - ban user in chatbox
/unban <userid> <reason> - unban user

Edit:

Permissions are default as you set up in your forum, i guess.
