Is there any plugin available which makes it possible to refresh New replies in thread like a chat,,,,using ajax or something like that?

No. It'd be super resource intensive and would kill your board's hosting. Go for a shoutbox if you need something like that.

It still will kill resources. Several SQL query every ~5 seconds. Even more if you have more than one person viewing threads.

No plugins exists because of this.
