Adding "Can sticky threads?" to moderator permissions.

Pretty much summed up. IMHO I am having troubles now doing this, its such a simple function. I don't want mods or staff to interfere sticky or stucking the thread.

A nice simple "Can stick threads?" in user (mod) perms would be good or in configuration (settings) namely "Sticky threads manage groups".

I guess I haven't seen it, if anyone knows of such plugin, link me to it please?

Or do you mean moderator permissions?

I'm with on Tom on this. It should probably be in 1.8. 1.6.9 is mainly a performance/bug fix release.
