I believe the following problem started with version 1.6.7:

When you are not logged in and you click on the reply button in a thread you will get the login screen. After you filled in your login details you get forwarded to the wrong url for the topic:

http://www.tangodown.nl/forum//forum/newreply.php?tid=3073

instead of 

http://www.tangodown.nl/forum/newreply.php?tid=3073

I checked if it was a problem with the custom language, but on the standard English/American language it happens as well.

Any ideas?

I did some more testing, turns out that this error only happens when the setting "Friendly Redirection Pages" (in Server and Optimization Options) is set to OFF. The redirect works correctly if it Friendly Redirection Pages is set to ON.
