SQL Error 1030 - Got error 122 from storage engine

Earlier I went through some settings because of the tremendous amount of spam users and threads. I made it harder for people to get accounts etc...

But later today I cannot see the site and get this message:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1030 - Got error 122 from storage engine
Query:
SHOW COLUMNS FROM mybb_users LIKE 'unreadpms'

I can still log into the control panel without any problems.

It's a host issue. You need to contact them.
