[Solved] css problem?

ive edited the themes and now i have a problem with the size of tables

you can see by the pictures here what im talking about

   

   

heres a great example (the user profile page)

   

heres my css.php maybe you can help me figure out what im missing thats causing this... if it helps its a theme migration from mybb 1.1.7 to mybb 1.2
