Mail problems

I have had mail problems ever since I installed MyBB. I've hosted mail through my host, and through outside hosts like GMail, and it has never worked.
My error logs show:

Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details.<br /><br />110: Connection timed out

My site is heartkoregaming.com

Your username/password should be from your gmail account not your site account. If you wish to use the SMTP mail sender from googlemail:

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS3 or SSL: smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Use Authentication: Yes
Port for TLS/STARTTLS: 587
Port for SSL: 465  
Account Name:  your full email address (including @gmail.com or @your_domain.com)  
Email Address:  your email address ([email protected] or username@your_domain.com)  
Password:  your Gmail password
Encryption mode: TLS

Alright, I am no longer getting errors, but people are still not receiving emails.
