Is there a simple way of adding a dropdown menu to the header of a MyBB forum?

I don't preferably want to add Chrome CSS dropdown menu again because of the time it takes to get that looking decent but I will if there is no other easy option around for it.

Thanks very much With a few touch up's and some CSS I can get that looking nice.
