I'm sorry your links are broken so it's hard to tell what specifically you are trying to make the same or change.

For the black line, you mean the one that shows above signatures and all of that?

And can you explain what you mean to "delete line and text"? Are you referring to the signature, to the top of the post where it says "RE: topic title" or what?

As for # 1

I hope that you'll now be able to see, I thought the one that says a black line above the date of avatars, how to make it to be blue as the other lines.

As for # 2

When you start a topic beyond its avatars has red lines where the Author Message ...

How do I delete that line .....
