where can I find it please?

If you want to add something on index then;

AdminCP > Templates > Your theme's templates > Index Templates > index > paste the code below <body>

If you want to add it after <body> on all pages your best shot is to add the code at the top of the header template.

I wanted to have a popup on fromtpage but it tells me there is an error not accepting it.
also the popup has an image where should I upload it?

Yeah, well, what's the error? What popup are you trying to use?

The image can go anywhere you want, you just have to reference it correctly. But it's good practice to put it under the ./images/ folder.
