I've got no idea what's wrong, but this recently occurred when I switched hosts and moved everything over. It's like this in the entire panel.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Re-upload the ./inc/languages/ folder from a fresh download.

CHMOD the following files to 666:

./inc/languages/english/*all files*
./inc/languages/english/admin/*all files*

Are you definitely using the default English language pack? Could you possibly post a temporary admin account's details in the Private Inquiries forum?

Yep, I'm sure.

Anyway, I just re-uploaded the languages folder again after completely deleting the old one and it seems to have fixed the problem.
