All pluggins stopped working

All of my plugins are not working forum, since I activated and deactivated and nothing happens, it happened with all the plugins and themes and all users were affected.

Have you install a javascript there is a conflict i think did you have a backup?

please provide a list of the plugins you are using
and this problem showed up after you did any change ?
or it showed up randomly ? and what made you sure plugins are not working ?
