On the forum bits I would have the topics aligned to the top to keep the visual line straight. It all looks a little bit faded to me; I would suggest maybe on the forum icons something a bit more stylised - possibly in the style of the cogs in the header.

I understand the board's content or container area may seem too plain, but I've made an effort to avoid having to use gradients. Keeping it professional was the genre of the matter. Might consider forum icons sometime in the future. Thanks for the feedback though, much appreciated.

I totally agree on avoiding images - or dodgy css3 styles, and that I DO like on your board. It just seems that the post titles are sort of fading away, you know?

By a forum icon I don't mean a different one per forum (too many http requests imo) but that the one you choose has a bit more oomph.

I see what you mean. A lot of things could effect that like monitor contrast re-adjusting, angle on where you view your monitor, and etc. I feel though if I do one thing, a domino effect would disrupt other elements that make this theme complete. But I do understand the need to make them less faded and will work on a plan to improve that.

Dude, you can't use this name. The name Disqus is owned by someone else. This is definitely a case of brand confusion.

http://disqus.com/

You need to change it, immediately. I can't stress how important that is.

Well, as much as it traumatizes you I'm unfortunately not in the mood to go buy another domain name when I have emergency/transportation medical bills to pay for a recent motorcycle collision I was involved in.

Maybe you can start a Kickstarter fund for me?

It doesn't traumatize you, but it should really worry you. You are using another company's trademarked brand name as part of your site's name. That's illegal. I thought I'd give you a head's up, but apparently you're going to be a brat so I'll just let Disqus know that you're infringing on their trademark.
