You can wrap signature variable in div tag (with class signature) and in global.css add
.signature b,
.signature strong {
  font-weight:400; /*strong and b tags won't make text bold*/
}

.signature {
  font-size:10px !important;
}

According to dragonfly ( http://i.imgur.com/hrET6.png ) strong tag is applying font-weight 200 from global.css and not 700 (default one).Instead of numbers you can use font-weight:normal; (normal value is the same as 400).

That would be post body (and not signature),if you want normal font style in postbit then in global.css add

.post_body span /*If text styling is done inline through span tag*/ {
  font-weight:400 !important;
}
Also if you need b and strong tags to just add

.post_body b,
.post_body strong {
  font-weight:400;
}
