Description: My first theme made for dark lover with some Violet color.

No offense, but what I would say is that the theme is really ugly. But since its your first theme, don't feel bad, noone is perfect from the start, even I myself am designing my first theme, and let me tell you the things which I found decrease the quality:

1. Gradient are too bold: They should be as subtle as possible, that gives a better look
2. Bad choice of colours: Try to stick to two-three colours which go with each other, or contrast. The purple ruins it.
3. Images: You could have created better images, even just text which goes with the colours of the theme works
4. Nav Icons: They are not of the same size, and some are too big for the text

That's from all the tips I have learned so far, from a few friends who are professional designers.
Try improving keeping them in mind.

Can you describe me 1st point?

Make the top colour of the gradient more darker, so that the gradient can just be seen. Don't make it too dark, there should be a very faint difference between the colours.
