I am using the Google SEO plugin and I have fixed other errirs but I need help with this one.

Add to .htaccess:
# Some hosts require RewriteBase to make RewriteRules work.
RewriteBase /

# Google SEO workaround for search.php highlights:
# Make this rule the first rewrite rule in your .htaccess!
RewriteRule ^([^&]*)&(.*)$ http://minecraftserverforums.host56.com/$1?$2 [L,QSA,R=301]

Did you "Make this rule the first rewrite rule in your .htaccess!"?

It expects RewriteEngine followed by RewriteBase followed by RewriteRule in that order.
