and i want it open source for i can add my own modification

I would recommend using MyBB from http://mybb.com - it's open source
You can learn PHP here: http://php.net/
MySQL makes a good database server for it: http://www.mysql.com/

Just do it yourself, it only takes a couple of days to modify... It's probably a lot more secure and efficient that way too.
