Log in to the ACP and go to Configuration. On the left, choose Banning then Banned Accounts. Find and unban yourself.

Alternately run PhpMyAdmin and pass this to your DB:
DELETE FROM mybb_banned WHERE uid=1

(Assuming your UID is 1)

ACP -> User & Groups -> Groups -> *Your group* -> Yes, this is a banned group => No
