Error with Editor with Firefox

There is an error with the editor when using Firefox specifically. When trying to use bold / italics etc, , instead of wrapping the correct coding, it instead does this:

[undefined=undefined]Bold Example[/undefined]
[undefined=undefined]Italics Example[/undefined]
[undefined=undefined]Underline Example[/undefined]
[undefined=undefined]Center example[/undefined]
[undefined=undefined]Image Example[/undefined]
[undefined=undefined]Quote Example[/undefined]

I checked this with a clean copy of Firefox, no extra addons and it still happened.

The editor worked fine in IE and Chrome.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this?
