[MyCode] Cool & Informative DMCA Removal Notification

Background:
- We (as administrator) cannot 100% control our user/visitor personal behavior, sometimes they post wrong discussion material.
- We (as administrator) cannot 24 hours monitoring our forum, especially for thousand or million posts with hundreds of posts every day.
- We (as administrator) sometimes, get DMCA notification messages from Google (Webmaster Tools) or 3rd party company, or came from direct mail/administrator Contact
- We (as administrator) want keep the forum contents free from copyright infringement material.
- We (as administrator) want to give the warning via intuitive soft-approach and soft-education for forum poster (thread author) who post a DMCA contents.

The Idea:
- post a small notes, after removing the DMCA material
- displaying a nice looking but still informative message
- the red "removed" word will blinking (browser depend..)
- image notification transparent, suitable for all template color.

Solution for Administrator
- for repetitive or mass message, need a mycode
- application is easy, by just give a:
1. DMCA link or DMCA counter
2. 3rd Party complaint site link
3. Or just the direct-link to moderator user profile (MyBB).

Step-by-step instruction:
1. Login into MyBB Administrator page and goto Configuration - MyCode
2. Click tab Add New MyCode
3. Fill all form
Title: DMCA
Short Description: DMCA Link
Regular Expression:

\[dmca\](.*?)\[/dmca\]

Replacement:

Enabled?: Yes
and then click SAVE

   

Application:
- quite easy, just post the mycode like this

After that, upload attached image via FTP to your images directory. You may change the image as you need. If you feel image below break the DMCA content, then use another image or create a new one
