admin cp loging out

I keep getting logged out of admin cp. no matter what, can you tell me if my cookie domain is correct. i looked the pin topic and i think i did it right, but im still confused can you still check?

my domain is www.wrestle-forums.net

Judging by your domain your settings need to be

Cookie Domain: .wrestle-forums.net
Cookie Path: /forums/

i did that now i cant log in or out both admin or my fourm and i get this error

i can get into admin cp fine now. but went to admin cp and then for the borard url it says do not use a trailing slash.and when i dont use one my borad goes all white and when i use one the log in and out problem happens
