Can you elaborate? If you're asking to be able to import vBulletin themes, then that won't ever be an option. They're in no way compatible.

He wants a theme that looks like vBulletin in the next version it seems. Dumbest thing I ever heard.

They are two completely separate and entirely different forum softwares,

Plus vB4/vB5's themes are mostly ugly anyway, especially the defaults.
