How to disable custom user title > come here ?

How do I (admin) to disable charging custom title on the member, and only me (admin) to determine the custom title.

for example:

delete this look on the member


and who will perform what I (admin) created in this setting in automatically in accordance post


if the member can change the custom title like this would result


please help me?

Go to > Users & Groups > Groups -> Choose Group you want > Edit User Group > Under Users and Permissions you will see option " Can use custom user titles?" unstick it
