Archive language error
i just installed mybb to try it and the forum language is arabic and the theme is RTL and it's wrking perfectly as the picture shows

can i someone help me solve that problem
i tried to fix the problem and i found that the archive pages don't guide the browser to use the utf-8 encoding but the main forum does
is there any idea how to solve that ?
