Simple Board

I hope this is the correct to ask this, apologies if not.

I am looking to set up a very simple BBS, compared to a normal BBS/Forum I DON'T need:
Number of user posts
User avatars
Reputation
Who's on-line
General stats
Private messages on the board
Signatures
Polls
User Control Panel

I would like:
Private messages sent directly to the recipient.
A display of latest threads & threads with new posts from all the sub-forums on the home page shown to unregisered/not logged-in users.
Image display only after moderation although message associated with the image displayed immediately.

Is this possible with mybb?

Maybe try PubBB. It isn't that you can't disable most of this in MyBB (you can) but you are still using the full footprint.
