AdminCP -> Users & Groups -> Groups -> Group you wish to add a group image for -> Group Image

I already know that Vernier, but i don't know how to add the image, i mean like [IMG] or something like that, something like umm what type of link should i take? or how it works?
would be appreciated if you make screenshots step by step!

Another question, how to change the avatar size? i browsed around youtube/google didnt find anything.

Just add the path to the image.... Something like "images/groupimage/admin.png"

And add the image to the corresponding folder via ftp.

And to change avatar size

Admin CP >> configuration >> User Registration and Profile Options >> Maximum Avatar Dimensions
