Moved domain now i cant do anything

Hey guys i reccently bought a new domain and then i moved all my files from the old domain to the new and now im getting a sql error that says [MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1130 - Host '10.1.1.31' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server]

And i cant find out how to fix it :/ please help.

Sounds like an issue with your host's SQL server setup - it's refusing connections from your server's IP. Are you sure you have the connection information set correctly?
