My Forum times out

My Forum has been working perfectly for about 2 weeks now... but all of a sudden all of my regular members can't access the page.
I've tried it from a Proxy and it works perfectly from there and i'm not sure if it will work through other IP addresses that haven't been logged.

I would like to know how I could fix it?

How much traffic is your website getting? It looks minimal from the link above, would probably be best to move to another host.

Move to a paid host or a ready make host. Icyboards are good ready make host... With a good amount of plugins and stuff.. or use a paid host like hostgator.
