How do I move the Icons and text to under the welcome block?
I want it on the top of my forum. Sorry about my english

In the Index Page Templates ---> Index find:

	<dd>{$lang->no_new_posts}</dd>

	<dt><img src="{$theme['imgdir']}/offlock.gif" alt="{$lang->forum_locked}" title="{$lang->forum_locked}" style="vertical-align: middle;" /></dt>
	<dd>{$lang->forum_locked}</dd>

Cut and paste that to the Header Templates ---> Header. You most likely want it under the {$pending_joinrequests} part?
