slow changes in the CSS

ok, that is working a lot faster than 15 minutes.

this is the CSS file causing the issue?

That is not a MyBB file. You can add a new style sheet inside MyBB and apply it to all pages - insert the contents of the css from the file in the MyBB stylesheet.

apparently solved the problem, now the change was almost instantaneous, thanks for the help
