Contact form with captcha?

Hey everyone,

I've searched high and low for a mybb contact form plugin with captcha but yet to find anything.

My site is being re-designed and I really can't be bothered doing a standard php contact page on my website so I was hoping someone knew of or could develop or modify a mybb contact form that uses captcha.

Something like Contact Form 7 for Wordpress...

@mybboardvietnam - thank you, is what I search! But after upload the plugin file to the plugins folder of my forum, the Control Panel go crazy and show me this fatal error:
   
So, if somebody know other plugin/script for place a contact form in the post, please share de infos! Is an essential need for many people!
