Customizing the staff page

I was wondering if there is any tutorial, guide or a mod that changes the default MyBB staff page to something else, I want to make my staff page look unique.

There is not really a guide or mod, but the staff page comes from Showteam and is templated (see the showteam template set in your templates) .

If you are able to edit php then you can get a different look. Here is my staff page:
