Send to all users when a new post in created

Hi,
I Need to create a board with MyBB which will only have one forum and 10-12 users.
But We need to send a mail to all users when a new post or topic is created.
I tried subscribing users to the forum , It's working well But It only sends mail about a new thread.
How Can I do It form all posts ?
Do I need to use a plugin or This feature is available in MyBB?
What is Best way for me?

You can use my Admin Notice plugin (link to site in sig) and just specify all the UIDs in the settings.
