File ratings problem on mod database

I just wanted to report a simple bug with file ratings on the mod database. It's counting votes incorrectly.

I found this five-star image set, http://mods.mybb.com/view/dark-blue-default-button-set , and downloaded it. I then rated it five stars after seeing that it was of good quality. I noticed that the file's rating dropped to one star after I had rated it. I also checked from internet explorer, and re-rated it from there, with the same issue. I'm pretty sure that I did not rate it one star, and would not rate good content with such a poor rating.

It seems pretty minor, but I thought it was worth pointing out.

Thank you for the report. We're aware the mods site has a few issues, but it will be getting an overhaul soon so we won't be fixing any existing bugs.
