How do I add a thread subject prefix dropdown?

When I write a post here, next to the subject textbox is a dropdown for a subject prefix.

Is this built in? If so, how do I enable/configure it?

If not, and it is a plug-in, where is it?

That is a default MyBB feature. You can find it in ACP -> Configuartion -> Thread Prefixes
