Change fast theme from index.php

Hello, i'm looking for a mod or a code to let my template change fast from /index.pgp, an example is this :



If you click the teme it suddenly change , and it has a js code.



How can i do? Thank you in advance

I do not like that drop down menu. =(
I only require two words with "black" and "white"

referred theme change plugins add drop down related code in footer template. you can remove that and add your links.
