[How To?] Is there a way to save a user search?

I am constantly going into Users & Groups -> Find Users -> Display Options.

Then selecting "Sort results by" Last Active, Descending.

"Display results as" Table.

Is there a way I can save this and other types of searching?

click on views button >> manage views >> Create New View >> give title and select required things >> save view
newly saved view will be listed in views button drop down menu for selecting
