Quote problem

Hi,
Unfortunately, currently my forum have a problem with the "quote". In fact, clicking on "quote" to return a sentence of someone else in my reply, this command does not work.

My forum has been updated to version 1.6.10 from version 1.6.9. I am not able to tell if the problem is the update but I noticed that the "quote" is no longer functioning.

Any suggestion?
