SQL Error. PLEASE HELP

My site is constantly getting this now:

SELECT COUNT(tid) AS newann FROM cursed_threads WHERE visible=1 AND dateline>'1367511939' AND fid IN ()

I don't know what to do I have no idea what SQL syntax is. Please help.
