MySQL Error

Hello, my Forum worked perfectly until last night for some strange reason. I just opened it, and I received this MySQL Error, but I can still go to the Admin Panel, /admin/  But I cannot go to the index. Is there any way somebody can help me?

MySQL error: 145
Table './allaboutsp/mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query: SELECT * FROM mybb_sessions WHERE sid='0' AND ip='68.235.134.4'

I would appreciate all the help. Also I just got to over 1000 Members, do you think that could have been the reason? Because it was working perfectly before

Run this query: REPAIR TABLE mybb_sessions in phpMyAdmin. You might also want to Trim the table down to about the last 24 hours and optimize all your tables.

Mine is doing the same thing! I tried to repair it, but it keeps messing up. What can I do?
