Edit the location of the WELCOME BLOCK
How can i change the float of the welcome block?
If you look at the attachment picture, you will see that the welcome block is on the left and the navigation is on the right. I want the navigation to be on the left and the welcome block is on right.

Also, i do you change the nav to look more modern? So instead of this:
