Twitter widget not appearing

Hello folks,

I used to have this Twitter widget working perfectly fine on my forum until recently, when I changed the forum header. Since then I've tried reinstalling it, deactivating and reactivating, and I can't for the life of me get it to work.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this won't work? Any help is appreciated!

May be this is your problem:

"Twitter's decision to discontinue their unauthenticated v1.0 API means that all the third party widget will stop working at some time in 2013 -- Twitter wants your only option for on-page widgets to be their own Embedded Timelines.".

So, better you try to switch to the official twitter widget. The problem is the official one fits with only sidebars, not in footer. You may like to take a look here:
