The user Bullet. was added to the group from managegroup.php AFTER he had applied from usercp.php?action=usergroups
Yet he still appears on /managegroup.php?action=joinrequests

The solution to this would be to CHECK if the user had applied from usercp when a leader adds a user from managegroup.php.
If they had already applied, then to remove them from join requests.
