cometchat, help installing

can anyone help me install it, everytime i try to install it, it generates the wrong directory.. YES i have the real one, and will be glad to prove to you guys through pm, but i really need some help.

If you bought a licence, cometchat will provide the details you need to install it correctly.

no they dont. they have one on their website and i did exactly as they said. but it still didnt work, but i opened a ticket and awaiting a reply that might take too long, so i posted too

I had a cometchat licence at one point myself and they actually installed it for me. If you opened a ticket, then just wait and be patient.

do i have to give them my info? I'm not comfortable with that, i dont remember them emailing me except my info.

i'd like to have it installed asap.

Of course you'll need to give them your info, they are a reputable company, they wont mess with your stuff.

cometchat very easy to install.
You only live cometchat upload all folders to the root directory.

and install.

www.yourforum.com / cometchat / install

and grab the script and put it in the header

I think this is over.
