Go to your webroot, (public_html), and go to /inc folder.

Try to find the adminfunctions_template.php. Tell us if it is there or not.

Not too sure, but I believe it would then be an issue with the plugin. If someone else would give a second opinion that would be great, but I believe it should be "../" and not "./"

in PHP, "./" means the current directory, where as "../" means a directory back.

Your current directory from the plugin file is plugins, so when the plugin tries to include the adminfunctions_template.php file, it is looking for it in the plugins directory (inc/plugins).

What you can do: If you are tech savvy enough and know a bit of PHP, you can go in and change the "./" to "../" where it tries to include the adminfunctions_template.php. Otherwise, wait to hear back from the plugin author.

Yeah, that might be a bit old, Considering 1.2 was released on 2 September 2006, so this is pre-1.2

Sorry, I believe that a lot has changed since then, and this plugin would have to be redeveloped or modified in order to work Sad

in that plugin file, find $db->insert_query(TABLE_PREFIX. and replace with $db->insert_query(
(use notepad++ and replace all found lines(10))

nice catch. +rep

However, note that this plugin may have more issues to come due to its age.
