Install this: http://mods.mybb.com/view/extra-forum-permissions

Then in each forum set "can post links" permission for guest group to off.

By default you need to go to your admin panel and in forum set permission as you wish, you can put all values you want without a plugin, but plugin maybe do the work for you, wherever MyBB has this mod for itself.
The only infinite thing is the universe and human stupidity, but the universe is not for sure
