MyShoutbox Popup

My "MyShoutbox" Popup Shotbox isn't working... :/ it's just sticking on the "Loading..." page when I try and open it.

If I type a message in and hit the button nothing happens but it shows up as "undefined" in the normal box.

The view full shout box and portable device versions both work fine.

Hi, My problem is the opposite ..My Shoutbox on the first page stays like "loading" and on PopUp is normal.. What should Ido?

@ jason_lbg, navigate to headerinclude template of your forum's active theme templates
(headerinclude template is in ungrouped templates) and add below jQuery no conflict code after jQuery loading

save the template, refresh your index page and then check the shoutbox popup
